Billing FAQs

How the numbers work.

How is per-unit billing calculated?
Per-unit pricing scales with portfolio size. The tier you fall into — Starter, Growth, or Scale — applies to all your units, not progressively. A landlord with 12 units pays the Growth per-unit rate on every one of those units.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees. Monthly billing. Cancel anytime — we don’t hold your portfolio hostage with annual contracts.
When will paid billing launch?
We’re finalizing billing for an upcoming release. In the meantime, Doorstep is free to use while we work toward launch. Reach out to info@doorstepproperty.com for early-access rates or to be notified when billing goes live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual commitments and no early-termination fees. Cancel from your account settings whenever you need to.
